Q. Is Connect a secure site?
A. Yes, Connect is supported by the biggest supplier of email campaigns in the UK, Campaign Monitor. You can be assured that all information is held in a secure data centre. This means that information about the identity and preferences of individual members is never accessible to anyone outside Connect.
Q. Will VitalityLife or VitalityHealth have access to my clients' information?
A. No, the data you upload will be secure and can only be accessed by you. VitalityLife and VitalityHealth will not be able to see or gain access to your clients' email addresses.
Q. Will the emails come from me, the IFA?
A. Yes, the email address that you specify when setting up your account will be the address that all of your emails will be addressed from.
Q. Will I be able to see how many clients have read these emails?
A. Yes, you will have access to all data concerning your campaigns.
Q. Can I use this tool to send my own emails?
A. No, Connect has been designed to help you promote protection and industry news. The templates have been designed to save you time and help grow your business. Misuse of the tool will result in your account being closed.
Q. How many emails can I send?
A. You are not restricted to a number of emails per campaign, however to make best use of the tool, we recommend that you target a wide audience of 100 or more clients. Connect should not be used for smaller campaigns targeting less than 50 clients.
Q. How often will you add new templates?
A. Templates will be added when VitalityLife identify new campaign opportunities.
